Web-Development Career

Hi, I’m finishing my degree in BBIT, and I’m interested in mostly front-end web development. I’m okayish with html, css, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL but I believe i still need to learn a bit. My problem is I don’t know what courses I should take, if i should take any, or rather what path i should follow. Should i just practice on my own and forget any more formal schools? Can anyone help me with a bit of advice?

The internet is a very useful resource for a pro-active individual. There are Youtube tutorials among other web resources. Yes that’s an option, but you can also ask to develop for any of the many startups and be part of their development team, even for free to learn what it takes to get most things done. Also get’s you started on what the market expects of you.
