Yes, I do. Hetzner and Contabo. NetCup is still good too. But their customer support is in German, and they kinda use a translator to respond to customer queries. Sometimes, it is hit-and-miss.
Namecheap and Hostinger are good for managed hosting. But if you want more value for your money, go for unmanaged hosting.
