So Telegram recently introduced a Discuss bot that allows one to reply to messages from a Telegram channel and I think it’s a game changer. Especially for ecommerce. Think about what that does to instant queries specific to a product when it’s published on a channel.
I did test reply and what this does is that you can move from forwarding and replying to replying directly, ask configuration, warranty and other questions including bargaining, and you can even make a sale after the discussion with the seller. That’s a winner right there.
